I wash my bedding regularly, vacuum my bedroom regularly, also under the bed, and have a shower before bed. It appears to have reduced my snoring. PS. CPAP didn’t work for me, made things much worse.
minus-squarestarlinguk@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·4 days agoI snore. Losing weight doesn’t work, I don’t drink alcohol, I sleep on my side and I don’t have sleep apnoea. Sometimes you just can’t fix it.
My snoring appears to be dust / hayfever related.
I wash my bedding regularly, vacuum my bedroom regularly, also under the bed, and have a shower before bed.
It appears to have reduced my snoring.
