I figured this was done by dumbass teenagers, not dumbasses in their thirties. I don’t know if infamy was their goal, and it seems unlikely given they’re wearing masks like cowards, but infamy is what they’ll get.
Didn’t they originally report it was a 16-year-old?
First thing I thought of when I saw them

Drunk and arrogantly stupid? That counts right.
