This is art, it’s provocative. It’s satirical from the perspective of using these super high tech gadgets and infrastructure to perform a pointless and unpleasant task. It’s asking why such a task might be considered desirable, especially by someone who had access to such tools and knowledge.

It’s creative and interesting. Not everyone who uses computers is some Randian nightmare goblin.

Just because it uses a raspberry pi doesn’t mean it’s not art.

Honestly, you can do some cool instalations with microcontrollers and small computers. It can be art for sure, just like an art installation. It can be simply a beautiful sensory experience, or something with deeper meaning

Or you could just go spray paint “MS-13” on a few walls and call it a day.

        That’s ridiculous and obviously fake.

In Spanish you have to pluralize the adjectives too - it should be “Los Hombres Peligrosos”

        There, now I’m scared.

That’s pretty damn interesting. I imagine it’d take a couple days for it to be tracked down and a few more to be traced back to the maker.

Can’t trace it back to the maker if it is experiencing a critical existence failure.

Are you suggesting making it explode? Cuz you’ve still got local witnesses to interrogate, security footage from the surrounding area, cellular telemetry data of area, depending. That’d mostly just raise the stakes for you, going from a disturbing the peace charge to a potential terrorism charge.

It’s kind of sad the lengths the working class needs to go to just to limit every last penny porky raises the rent by.

If my good tastes raise the rent so much, why am I not getting a paycheck from porky, and any other homeowner for my “services” of my fancy tastes raising their property values so much?

      i call it “existential labour”

you being there, being being a good neighbour, will raise the real estate value, rent will go up, and they’ll generate profit from you existing and a good human being.

There is a mission in the original Grand Theft Auto III where you start a gang war to drop property prices.

Mad that I had this idea but never got to building anything with it. I was going with putting 22 zip guns up in trees.
