      I’m guessing ChatGPT. I spy a couple suspicious artifacts that suggest it’s AI, and the style is very close to the O4 model outputs. Happy to be proven wrong though, if someone has a source.

          Probably! Look at this:

          1. The blue mat is broken at a strange place
          2. The cat’s paw merges into the roll holder
          3. The paper mysteriously shrinks into a smaller size
          4. The shadow for one cat is in an entirely different style than all the other shadows. In fact the shadows are quite inconsistent all over.
          5. He’s holding the water bottle from the wrong side

          I think it all smells like an image-to-image AI recreation of the original you just posted.
