I recently found out about the party and their politics seem ok even though they seem to be a smaller party.

    “Any thoughts” is a bit broad. Look up which of your national parties is a member of this group and it usually gives you a better idea.

      Yeah I intended as a general meter of how the party is accepted in Europe as a whole.

      I think of joining my local branch, if it is not dead because I live in one of the more fascistic parts of Europe

    Looks ok on the surface level, but when you look into the individual parties in there, it get’s sour fast. It’s chuck full of communist and pro-russian parties. Absolutly unelectable.

      I think we need new parties to take these ideas forward. I would like to see some kind of new left party focused on degrowth and moving to a post capitalist economic system.

      At least in Germany, die Linke is the associated party, which has recently collapsed and had historically been more communist with also some pro-russian supporters (now BSW).
