there’s plenty of unhealthy shit in military, like TBI from arty and grenades, lead exposure from primers and crayons, the reason why there’s “do not eat” written on claymores, and few others. but none of these things appear to happen that much in other units. there were attempts to disband navy seals over their rotten unit culture, but nothing of that happened yet
In their defense, it turns out that a lot of the insanity and violent mood swings are related to brain damage from firing 10.3s indoors constantly.
