What amuses me is most of them live in the US
It’s said disingenuously, and it’s a stretch to say it was because of the soviets, but the western world definitely was a better place to be, compared to now, when it had rivals and shit like welfare could be contextualized.

They are overeager, but not entirely wrong.
So does the US still allow child marriage or not? Could’ve sworn y’all still do.
Just asking since this post almost begs a sense of competition for some reason.
I don’t live in the US and don’t think the US is perfect either.
Also in the RF they made exceptions for Bashkortistan and Chechnya and allow marriages as young as 14 there.
In my country, the minimum age is 18 without exceptions.
