The first one was eaten by moths, and on the second, I realized that I had done every single wrong side decrease backwards after 221 rows.
This picture was taken when I finished chart 3/6, which puts it at 300/554 rows complete. This is easily the most complex lace pattern I’ve ever done. There are 18 total pages of charts (each one spans three pages), the ring lace background is garter, with no rest (knit/purl only) rows, and every single row is different.
Edit: Just realized I forgot to link the pattern.
This is insane! 😱 wow!
It’s certainly been doing its best to drive me insane. 😅 I plan on having it framed (and thoroughly sealed against pests) once it’s done.
Be sure to share it when you do! And thank you for including the pattern link.
I will!
You should check out some of Sharon’s other patterns. They’re all just about as nuts as this one.
Wow. You were not kidding, she has some amazing patterns. I really like the owl.
@ratofkryll oh Wow 🤯
I adore this pattern since ever.This pattern is one of the things that first got me into knitting. I’m thrilled to finally be making good progress on it.
That’s gorgeous! You’re so talented!
