I’ve been looking into this, and I don’t think it exists. I have an Anbernic RG 405m, and have been testing TimeSplitters on it. On easy mode it’s kind of playable, but certainly not comfortable and accuracy is atrocious.
So now I’m looking through lists of handhelds, and from I can tell, it looks like there just is no such thing as a handheld that is both pocketable and reasonable to play dual analog games on.
The closest might be the Retroid Pocket Flip (can’t say for sure cause I don’t have one), but I do not consider that pocketable.
Look at the recent DS likes? The Thor suits me just fine given your parameters.
Which dual analog games have you played on it?
Yeah, I play a lot of PS2, Vita, GameCube games on it using both.
Such as?
From what I’ve seen for the past 2-3 years without owning any of these new Chinese handhelds, sounds physically impossible.
I have to disclaim that, and that my last handheld of any kind I still have is the NDSL.
Being pants pocketable seems to always be a compromise on ergonomics to be in a certain size and form factor.
Also if you did not already know, you can browse retrocatalog.com for specs and size comparisons. E.g. size comparison between the miniloong pocket 1 and magicx one 35.
Then I use both https://shauninman.com/utils/screens/ and https://a9udn9u.github.io/blackbars/ forfurther screen size and asp3ct ratio comparisons. The former has an option to show interger scaling and both can unptu custom screen size and resolution if the handheld you want to look at isn’t in their site.
