ProleWiki was hacked last week through PHP vulnerabilities in the outdated MediaWiki version being used. It’s been recovered and backups ensure that nothing (or almost nothing) was lost, but the website is still offline for now while they’re working on improvements.
I’m just relaying this from /u/felipeforte@lemmygrad.ml (as of 3/10), but feel free to elaborate in the comments if you’re in the PW Discord server.

The restoration of services on prolewiki.org is progressing slowly but surely. Still no ETA yet, but it’s getting there.

Thanks for the update. I’m glad they’re fortifying it while its down.
By the way, if anyone needs to access to the PW, you can access it from the Internet Archive. Avoid the september saves since they are blocked by Anubis, though.

Was this exploit PHP2Shell? Because the timing is too weird since it was NSA and Mossad disclosed this vuln 12 days after ProleWiki went down. 😬
