I don’t remember what their “cash” price for metal rimmed wheels used to be, but I’m 99% sure 80 coins is still significantly less than the chief proved they would sell for.
I guess they’re only talking about the banknote price as having increased, because the most recent comic I found (maybe I missed one?) that talked about wheel prices had them lowering prices to a floor of 80 coins.
