    Ok… so that means there’s a lot of vacancies? And I am assuming this doesn’t account for people living longer with their parents cause they can’t afford rent/buying.

      Or a bias towards single person households living in a rental. Apartments are probably more likely to be rented, and single person households are usually going to be in an apartment.
