As part of the devs farewell message on their site, they have included malicious code to make each visitor sends 2,000 requests to the dbzer0 servers in an attempt to DDOS and take the instance offline.
Antarctica is also not owned by any nation, but generally nations claim certain territory and would enforce their laws there
Do they really? Since there isn’t any permanent base there (unless we believe in the Nazis in Antarctica conspiracy), any law enforcement is done within international maritime law - meaning no claim necessary.
