Egg McMuffin

Got up just a touch earlier than I wanted and had a craving for a corporate breakfast. I grabbed some dough out of the fridge and shaped it into a ball and dusted it with cornmeal before heating a cast iron pan to 400°f and made myself a fresh English muffin.

Cost per person: 30¢ with 15.6¢ of that being the slice of individually wrapped American cheese food product. A real official branded McMuffin wouldn't use a whole slice. Those things are ridiculously profitable.
