Microsoft has been forced to suspend its AI and cloud services to the Israeli military following months of employee protests

It is not clear if this is a complete halt, as Microsoft has not fully disclosed the extent of the services it provided or which ones have been suspended. In its internal memo, it states that it has disabled 'a set of services.'

The Israeli military has confirmed this and reported that Microsoft has severed its ties with the IDF's Unit 8200.
