  • This sounds like a Reddit comment.

  • Mass Effect recycled many names from science. I hadn’t realized Garneau was one of them until now. (Leviathan expansion, ME3).

  • Hey, Q happened right away.

But yes, the set looked lol, but it always had. There was only TOS to compare it to. Stewart was awesome from day one. Deanna just looked cold in the mini skirt.

  • It’s the crew. They don’t pop on screen. Except for that holographic doctor. He’s pretty great. The blond guy and the Klingon girl have annoying cardboard cutouts for personalities. Harry & the second are just bland.

TOS, DS9, TNG, Picard, Discovery were all good right away. My favorite viewing site went dark so I haven’t gotten around to SNW. Or the end of Picard.

  • I never watched that one. It took a great amount of effort to get through episode 1.

  • Brain drain includes medicine, psychiatry, health care.

  • Tragic and funny at the same time. As if consuming all of Reddit hadn’t already irreparably skewed things and that was still real people doing Reddit things. Now, released, it’s eating itself. This self-poisoning model seemed inevitable.

  • Given the speed up of global warming I don’t think it’s crazy to assume powers will use their militaries to engage in resource grabs to hold their own as long as possible.

China is very very old, and since Trump, we’ve never been weaker. The balloons were a little clue.

Call in 100% of the debt, and then while the government is flailing, do the rest. Or use the lack of payback as a premise, not that someone as old as China would even care.

China is like that spry 89 year old who can run laps around 40 year olds and doesn’t give a single fuck, they’ll do and say what they want regardless of anyone around them. The 89 year old, who, when he gets up, there’s a hush in the room as everyone watches, knowing whatever it is they’re on their feet for, no one can stop it.

  • He’s so NPD.

  • Both of these options involve taking the time to remove all tape, stickers, and other add ons.

I run cardboard through the bandsaw and slap the strips together to make new scratchpad inserts. Walmart now wants $10-13 for a small one, up from $3-5. It also breaks down boxes fast. Use a tiny bit of nontoxic school glue, in the middle of the strips. Too much glue and they’ll be too hard and the cat won’t use them. If I had to do the cutting by hand, I wouldn’t do it.

Break boxes down flat to kill swaths of lawn for garden space. Cover with garden dirt & compost. Alternatively, cover with wood chips, gravel, or rocks for borders or pathing.

  • This is horrifying. Sadly, it will take this to bring the Tesla self driving fleet down to what eventually happened with the Cyber Truck.

  • He keeps doing it anyway. Then the senate passes the bill destroying the power of the court system and its a moot point.

  • And they say we Americans don’t know Geography.

  • Corporate has already bought up most of your doctor’s clinics. This is why you get 15min, no more, your appointment is gone if you’re 5min late, and may even have a fee charged for missing/not being on time for an appointment. It’s leading to doctor burnout.

  • Didn’t Theil explain this was the goal in an often repeated vid, I forget from where, he’s speaking at a podium though.

  • Didn’t Netflix cover this in a food special 5 years ago? That and Tiger King.

  • I admit, my skepticism regarding these companies has me leaving a black sticker on my selfie cam for a couple years now.
