The saddest part is the devs that aggressively use AI will probably keep their jobs, vs the "Non-AI" devs. I still acknowledge there "IS" a use for LLMs but we already have been losing humanity, especially in the states rapidly for a decade now, I don't wanna lose more.

On the "up-side" now Console gamers can all be in the voice chat together regardless of platforms
Everytime I want to look for modern solutions to newer projects online it's always in the damn discord. I have like 20 discords in folders just because I feel like I'll need them to troubleshoot eventually.
Big facts. Even the FOSS software, I buy the premium or donate a bit to it. It only feels right. I couldn't imagine making something millions of people count on and not throw them SOMETHING. Especially when its such a good experience.
I tried Linux Mint, and enjoyed my experience and even setup everything and then when I booted up Factorio Steam didn't use my 3080 somehow. Pop OS worked but I didn't like the experience. I'll have to give Linux Mint a shot again.
