  • Use a napkin or suffer a minor finger burn. Worth it for the outcome.

  • You put mustard on top and then spin the hotdog do the mustard is applied 360° and doesnt get all over you while you eat it.

  • Thank you. I'm not too worried about installation as long as they fit in the outlet box. I'll look into these.

  • North America yes. I'll look at Innovelli.

  • Japanese monster fighting movies. Godzillas especially but it needs to be guys in rubber suits doing stunts shot in slow motion. If you have that, I'm there. No matter how bad the acting no matter how bad the story, no matter how horrendous the dub. Give me big rubber monsters fighting and I'm there.

  • I hate to hear that and it shows how insidious propaganda can be. On the brighter side, I have actually been seeing the opposite happen with a few people I know. I'm jn a deep red area and, mostly because of the Epstein files and how hard farmers as being jerked around, I have seen some people finally stop, think critically, and reassess their views.

  • I would say most of the customers of Framework are the kinds of people who espouse the kind of antifascist ideology that that guy that started the thread does.

I don't think that the fascist sympathizer circle and the "willing to pay more money for an ethical laptop that isn't beholden to a big corporation for repair" circles have much overlap.

This is easy, "Framework doesn't support fascism or racism in any form. We support open source software and right to repair. Due to concerns with ideology in some of the projects we sponsor we are reviewing the projects we sponsor to make sure that they align with our values as a company."

The fact that they aren't willing to say so says plenty.

  • This reminds me of my grandpa. He used to drive a semi truck and kids would always do the fist pump wanting him to blow his air horn. He also had a normal wimpy Volvo car horn on the steering wheel.

He would get kids excited like he noticed what they were doing and then honk the wimpy horn. He said they always laughed so much. Then he would toot the big horn.

  • Oh yeah if AV1 is so great how come there isnt an AV tw...oh wait....

  • This is so often true that I would love to read a sociological study on why it is.

  • Ken M?

  • Absolutely!

  • I'm signing up with us mobile. They support all 3 major carriers.

Its not even a matter of the esim not registering. The menu itself isn't correct on the Moto. When I hit add esim, before I even try to input anything, its immediately an error screen that says call T Mobile.

I found a very old XDA post that said if I ever unlocked the bootloader on this model phone at any point before the phone was paid off (I did at some point for some reason) it blows a fuse on the phone itself that permanently disables esim functionality. I haven't been able to verify that anywhere else and also seems illegal.
