not stuart little

  • Fixing her O ring behind her small tunnel?

This is not me projecting at all of what I do all day every day

  • Happy to help! I know she's gonna get some amazing Christmas gifts from you now! Haha

  • I really like the coco wyo ones and bobbie goods (which unfortunately isn't widely available here). Coco wyo has a lot, also Halloween themes/Christmas. 'girl moments' is popular too, the main character is a young woman instead of animals if your partner identifies as a woman and wants a change of vibe.

  • Bold & easy coloring books. People are very judgemental about it since it looks like a children's coloring book, but there's a reason it's in the top selling books lists online. Got some cheap alcohol markers and an audiobook on my headphones and I'm gone for the next few hours.

  • It's 2025 and I know from experience the world is inaccessible, but the most basic accessibility options in apps... C'mon.

And yeah I do remember, sadly. I miss the time reddit had silly inside jokes and comments weren't buried under bots talking to other bots. I miss Aaron Schwarz. (Although it must be said it was a weird time to be a woman acknowledging you were on Reddit because the times were... Weird back then)

  • When they killed third party apps while disregarding the need for accessibility completely - their own app doesn't even let blind people manage their own subreddit because of that.

So yeah, because I left reddit.

  • Exactly this is the reason why I gifted it to someone. I'm already glad they don't use 1 password for every website.

  • 1Q84. Magical realism. Bizarre, but can't stop reading. I need to know mooore.

  • So true

  • Yeah, when you're married the husband will automatically be registered as the dad instead of 'having to prove it'.

Our wedding had a double layer: we had the plan in our head for a while. Then my dad passed away and on his deathbed my now husband promised him he would take care of me like how he took care of me. So, it became incredibly emotional (6 months later) as some sort of seal on that promise too.

  • My partner and I wanted it for legal reasons, especially since I'm disabled so he can make medical decisions etc.

We can either "register as partners' or get married. Both cost the same. Marriage had a wedding party. Costs a lil bit more, but brought together all of our friends and had a beautiful day. So why choose boring?

  • That is very true, ugh.

  • Which is weird when you see the IRL support and hype around Bernie and AOC. The people want more left in the democratic party.

  • I'm gonna buy a Luigi board to ask the guidance of Aaron Schwartz because I'm sure he is dying to get revenge

  • I mean they still have their body after shooting porn so they're not really selling their body more than let's say a construction worker

  • Apparently I'm a beta tester? How, what? Thanks for the link!

  • This! I often hear certain restaurants don't have ramps because disabled people don't eat there. And we don't because there's no ramp.

  • As someone who lives in an opposite bubble, this post was funny to me in a wholesome way. I love how respectful you're asking this while being fucking confused.

To answer your question: none of my queer/gay friends do this gesture specifically, so it seems it is just a quirky thing he does :)

  • There is no disability which needs a human punching bag as an accommodation.
