  • Hey, remember in the musical RENT when that character said “times are shitty, but I’m pretty sure they can’t get worse” AND IT WAS 1996

  • I have bad news for you.

  • Because 1) he was no longer PM when it happened, but more importantly, 2) powerful people don’t want you getting the idea that political violence can be righteous

  • It’s almost as if they never actually cared about the server but rather were just using it to score points. Not at all like, you know, absolutely everything else.

  • 100%. You never hear peep about it in the media, which is kind of shocking given how outrageous it was- and my tinfoil hat tells me it’s because “they” REALLY want us all to keep repeating the “political violence accomplishes nothing” thought-stopping cliché. Granted- this one was particularly weird because Abe wasn’t EXACTLY the intended target, but even so.

  • We’re reporting ads, right?

  • Cool, cool. If only we’d had empty chair town halls in 1940 we could have stopped the Nazis so much faster

  • I’m kind of shocked that relationship hasn’t already imploded

  • Hell, North America. I guarantee a Mexican border incursion before 2025 ends.

  • As someone who has a tough time getting to sleep most nights, this actually sounds like hell.

  • Gracias!

  • Meanwhile, in developed countries, post offices offer banking services.

  • I lived in the states for 3 years- in Florida, no less. I swear to you the only decent people I met in that entire state were Haitians.

  • Goddammitsomuch

  • I read Walton Goggins and was really disappointed

  • Most normal alt-righter

  • Kid didn’t deserve to die, but that woman absolutely deserved to lose a child

  • What are they doing that isn’t easily ignored?

  • There absolutely are not. There are anemic little marches scattered here and there.

Americans were protesting George Bush in 2004 more forcefully and in vastly larger numbers than they are protesting now.
