  • I knew this was yours even though it's not you usual style I'm used to (this being a realistic rather than stylized human figure). I imagine the plaid was tedious but it looks great. Got the wrinkles in the fabric and everything.

  • I've blocked tons of communities that are dedicated solely to posting voluptuous anime women, and one or two instances that are clearly dedicated to trolling and rage bait. Not much other than that I don't think. I frequently browse all, but if I'm not in the mood for politics and cynicism I just stick to my subscribed feed, which is nice to be able to do.

    Those anime women communities are like a hydra, though. Block one and two more take its place

  • Agreed, as much fun as I've had playing the game itself, there's a lot of fun and magic talking with my kids about it and sharing theories and stuff, watching videos about theories and discoveries, anticipating what will happen next, all that. Then again I'm older, so the wait doesn't feel as long as I'm sure it does to younger folks

  • I don't agree with the jealous council not giving him what he deserved claim. Anakin was exceptionally powerful and talented but that alone doesn't make one eligible. I'm not big into Star Wars lore like some people but I can't imagine getting on the council is just a Jedi powers skill test and that's it.

    It's similar to the thing with Tai Lung thinking he deserved to be proclaimed the Dragon Warrior. He was incredibly powerful and skilled but was also the type to become a villain for being denied the greatness he felt he deserved. Oogway saw that in him, and his reaction to being denied proved that he didn't deserve it, because there was more to it than just being really skilled and powerful.

  • I really struggle with work that doesn't feel meaningful. It'd be nice to feel like I was contributing something meaningful to my community. My favorite jobs were working for school districts. Not teaching, but just being a part of that overall system felt so satisfying.
