  • I know that this isn't how it actually works, but in my opinion, if you didn't want to help the people, then don't let them in in the first place. Once you let them into your country as refugees you're responsible for their safety, like your own citizens. Figure a way out for that relationship to be beneficial to both parties. This just shows that they're short sighted, and didn't actually care about well being of the refugees.
