The result of waking the Wind Fish in Link’s Awakening broke something in me at such a young age that I don’t think I’ve since experienced as profoundly.
I think it’s pretty obvious why people would be upset about a propaganda machine being used by a government to demonize its political enemies and voting base? The Iraq War started over less false pretenses, and look how that rolled out. The damage produced by this lying machine will be unimaginable.

The third challenge requires individual player participation to earn the cape. 1 of each reward per person/account.
Per the fine print at the end the bedrock plushie and Java skin require a community effort to obtain. I’m guessing each account reports back some data to Mojang HQ at save/login.
As for the cape itself those details have yet to be announced, but that will require each recipient to complete a task.
