  • I see that having to back things up only extends to me and not you.

  • Fascism is a far-right, authoritarian political ideology emphasizing extreme nationalism, a strong central state, militarism, and the subordination of individual rights to the nation's perceived unity and strength, often led by a dictator. It emerged in early 20th-century Europe.

Sorry that you can't make communism and fascism interchangeable.

  • You've just had to pivot to my apparent attitude because you can't engage on what the subject it about and you can't admit that. If it were, you would only ask a change in attitude and not refuse to engage further on the subject, as you have. If you read it in an angry voice, it will always sound angry.

You're not fooling anyone and climbing up on your high horse about it is just silly.

I mean, you're being incredibly patronising while claiming my attitude is terrible. That says it all really. The irony is off the scale.

  • I said eve because she is the one who ate it. It doesn't matter if it was Adam or eve, only that it was eaten.

There was only one rule in the story. So, no, there was nothing else for which they could be banished.

Honestly, if you really need to die on the hill that completely different things could result in the exact same outcome, despite the literal deviations, then be my guest.

  • I disagree with your disagreement with what I said. Now you've made that into me wanting to fight the whole world. What a bizzare thing to say.

  • I'm sure that sounded clever in your head at least 👍

  • To me, we can say that different things would result in different outcomes.

Here, if eve hadnt eaten of the fruit, they would still be in the garden of Eden. I don't know if you've looked around but this isn't the garden of Eden and there are more than 2 people in existence. To me, that's actually different to what we have now.

I'm sorry you disagree with that.

  • You were meant to be the snake, silly.

Sorry that you see yourself existing as a loss. I do think you're that bad though. I still see it as a victory, even if you don't.

  • It's sad to hear that you had to resort to pretending it was aimed at you and not your argument, specifically so you could clutch your pearls instead of attempting to defend the position of "completely different inputs would result in the same outcome." It's a pity, was looking forward to you trying that one but I can't blame you for opting out of it either. It was a rather silly position to take.

It's not my fault you couldn't defend it. Don't try and blame it on me. Try and have a little bit more integrity next time and own that you can't defend your position. All the pearl clutching in the world isn't going to fool anyone there.

  • Nope, it's beyond brain dead to think that entirely different things could happen and the same result coming out at the end. Can you even hear the argument you're trying to make?

  • We know that you and I wouldn't exist here and now. That's a fact.

  • You can't even defend the system based on It's own merit. You can only declare other, select systems, to be worse. Try and defend capitalism on it's own merit. Dont claim things from the passage of time or that could easily have happened under any economic system like "medicine existing."

Yes, the death there was represented by the wage theft of the ruling capitalist oligarchs.

Of course, the only options are to be ruled over by capitalist oligarchs or be in a slave state/no technology or literal kings instead of metaphorical ones. Nice one!

  • False, the gap between rich and poor has never been bigger in all of human history.

  • People can hate both. For example, we can hate both Musk for being a democracy hating piece of shit AND the system that enabled him and his like to buy an election. Using a blanket term like that catches all within said game, just to be clear

  • Remember everyone, if Eve hadn't eaten the fruit of the tree of knowledge, none of us would be here.

The snake is the hero of the story.

  • Because governments don't tax and then spend. This is a deliberate lie from certain sections of the political spectrum. Governments create money, spend it and then use taxation to offset the inflationary effect the money creation has on the economy, less the deficit.

It's not debt, in the way we would experience it. The debt is actually of human labour which the population works off and is paid for. Money is human-labour standard, as opposed to gold or oil standard, if you actually look how it works in the real world and not dusty academic journals.

  • The most gilded cage in human history. More than pretty enough to fool the labour-cattle. Worse than not noticing, many have fallen in love with their chains and there's nothing more pathetic than someone who loves their chains.

To head off the inevitable "go live in the woods then." Do you not see the problem with your only two options being either working 80% of the time you're awake as an adult, for predominantly someone else's gain, or go live in the woods as an outcast? It's not really a choice is it? People don't mind contributing to society, hospitals, roads, schools etc. It's filling pockets of the already wealthy that people take issue with.

  • Honestly, it's the latter. Sorry. Without trying to be ironic, it's the over generalisations and lack of nuance in their views of other cultures. It's also like you guys are worried anything other than harsh put-downs might go to our heads and we'll start invading the world again or something.

Also, the only people who tend to be that negative towards our food tend to say it in French and be a lot more specific, almost constructive in their feedback (by French standards that is). Even then, I'm yet to meet a French person who isn't partial to a well made fish and chips or a shephard's pie and I've met a fair few. In fact, the French have their own version of shepherd's pie that isn't as good as the British, can you believe? Maybe it's the exception that proves the rule lol.

Most British people tend to make the poor French version and not slow cook the mince down in stock and stout beer until thick or use a proper buttery, cheesey mash to go with it.
