Sun salutations are an easy, flowing set of poses that stretch a lot of your body. I didn’t really take classes but had an opportunity for a couple months to do yoga with an instructor in a group setting and our group had every body type. If someone struggled with a particular pose, there’s either a way to modify it or try something similar

The sessions were great. Sometimes I was able to push myself physically, but they weren’t geared for that; just chill beginner yoga. I certainly did see progress in myself though, and was bummed when they ended

I advise not to go “cheap” and make sure you get something body safe. (Cheap toys could be made with harmful materials.) Honestly if you go to a sex shop and explain what the need is, they’ll be more than happy to guide you to toys that have the vibrations you need. There’s buzzy or rumbly types and come in a huge range of strengths and textures

I actually really needed to hear this. I’m being promoted into a position I’ve wanted for a very long time (trainer for the new employees) and they’re redoing the process and relying on me to get the new-hires trained thoroughly

I know my job inside and out but I’m having doubts. If things go to plan I’ll have my first trainee next week and I’m terrified I’m going to fuck the whole thing up, or they won’t see results fast enough even though I’ll be spending multiple weeks with each person, or I’ll just be absolutely shit at training people even though I’m really good at my job…

Needless to say I’m extremely anxious which feeds back into itself “if I’m this anxious about it now how can I even be capable of handling the stress when I’m actually training…”

I loved catching the hens sunbathing in their chicken sauna. There was a piece of glass that had fallen from an old window and it leaned up against the south side of a shed. The grass underneath was killed and they loved to take dust baths and then cook themselves like this

Scared the piss out of me the first time I saw the chicken laying down with its leg and wing stretched out and her head on the ground. But when I saw she was actually ok, and then another hen went in to join her I figured they knew what they were doing

I always see signs around “puppies for sale @ xyz” or listed with a phone number, or camped out in a busy parking lot with a puppy pen out. It enrages me so fucking much because there’s nothing I can do about it
