The "access all features" is a bit misleading. Its a global change for all Discord users, but if you are not accessing porn servers, this is likely to not really affect you.
I still use my .edu 15 years later and it still works. I just dont want to deal with the headache of managing a domain, paying for it, switching hosting providers, etc. The edu address has always worked fine.
My university uses outlook and I use Thunderbird to access it. I would look into that. If you are worried about it being gmail and the privacy implications, I would say privacy doesnt really exist in email anyways. Any email you receive probably bounced through either a gmail or exchange server on the way to you anyways.
Interesting, I do have a few apps with multiple versions, but most of them do not and nothing is updating on its own. I wonder if obtainium stops trying to update any app if it encounters an app with multiple apk versions.
No. Signal encrypts every message on the device itself before sending to Signal servers. You can even confirm this yourself by looking at their github.
Whats app claims they do this but its impossible to confirm. Its extrenemly likely that either they dont encrypt at all or they have the decryption keys.
In my area Craigslist is actually better for selling vehicles or say boats, but thats about it. Nobody uses nextdoor around here, so you dont get much traffic.
Absolutely. But sadly hardly anyone does.
