All these agencies are terrible and caused many disasters before.
That being said: Iranian has been suffering for long time. They are sandwiched between sanctions from outside and oppressive government from inside. This is not the first time they revolt.
I wouldn't call it manufactured but these agencies are certainly assisting because it suits their agenda.
What kind of criminal would do something like that to a judge?
