Ditch the planet, let us have the wastelands, if they can't just execute us first, or starve us to a more controllable population level. They want it to be them, and a small number of us to do the jobs they couldn't or refuse to automate. This is the only answer that makes sense with everything they do. They aren't stupid, they aren't trying to destroy their own habitat, so their end game either doesn't include us, or doesn't include the planet entirely.

There is no easy answer with the shit knuckles we have in power.
- The number one thing everyone must do: Create a real world budget. Use excel, learn how to create the basic addition algo's in the cells, add every single penny spent into the spreadsheet. This is easy if you mostly use a card because every expense is listed in your account. Set the budget up for an entire year, one row one paycheck, left to right, expenses top ro bottom, you know when rent, and car insurance is due, and paychecks are coming in, you know how much you will bring in if you work 40hrs a week, and if that changes you change the cell to match reality. Have a full years worth of every single expense, you might take a month or two until you have entered every single reoccurring expense, but once completed you know how much is due by when and how much money you exactly have. This can be stressful, but you can't fix anything until you know exactly what is happening from an expenses standpoint not a survival one.
- Cut spending on reoccurring expenses. Cut streaming services, get your movies from the library if you have one that has a selection of newer movies(a lot do now). Buy as much groceries as you can on sale, you will always get ridiculous amounts of food if you only shop sales, some things like milk can't be bought on sale, when it is on sale, buy as much as possible and freeze it. Once you have a supply of food built up, get a full size freezer, you literally need a full size freezer so much you should go into debt to get one. Now fill that full size freezer with food that is on sale. Literally within a month the money you save on food easily pays for the payment on the freezer. Downside, every meal must be cooked at home. The upside, full meals can cost around $1-$2 per mouth fed per meal, freeze the food that can be frozen and make smaller amounts of the food that goes mushy when frozen, and that will include meat, vegetables, pasta, and or rice, or other staple foods, this is even if you're single but some one off items can throw the final price higher like if you don't like freezing vegetables after cooking them and are in a situation where a specific amount which is too much for you, is the minimum amount you can cook.
- Getting meal cost down to the $1 range, removing and reoccurring expenses that you don't need... Netflix might be super useful for helping kids stay busy for a single parent so do what works for you, but where possible, look for cheaper or free alternatives like setting up your own media server and putting your own movies and shows on it and spending no money on streaming services. -A 5yr old computer can using jellyfin can stream 4k content to a roku streaming stick if the file is encoded to compatible settings first. 1080p it can transcode on the fly pretty easily. (Reuse an old PC to replace streaming using a free app like jellyfin)
- look ahead for car repairs, know what maintenance is required annually for your car, save as much as you can to put towards requirements, then look online for what parts are going out on other people with the same car. Find avg costs for those repairs. Expect those repairs WILL be required and then never touch that money until the repairs are required. That money is gone unfortunately but you get to stay on the road. With the savings from food alone you can hopefully put something towards repairs and maintenance. If you are lucky the repairs won't be required for awhile and you can save enough to just pay for them without using a credit card. You might be able to save money by setting up an unconnected savings account then having $20 direct deposited from every paycheck, and just forget about it.
- Knowing exactly the situation of your budget is the first step to making life easier. If you're in the red $500 a month then you have the proof right there. You know you need more money, or cut expenses. There is no in between, but at least you know how much more you need not just some intangible number you imagine you can never achieve.

It's simple really. We need as much cheap power produced as possible. With whatever taxes we need to produce them. Gas has had tax cuts my entire life so society could run on oil. It's time to replace oil with the electron, and trumpo is only concerned with the people that won't upgrade to electricity generation and are going to lose a lot of money, not keeping society running on cheaply produced resources paid for with taxes from industries. Close out your retirement. This takes a month from last day of employment so you need to make sure you can survive the month and 7-14 days(usually 7days) before you get your retirement funds. Pay off all debt that you can that will still leave you with enough money for 1yr, biggest considerations should be car and credit cards, maybe even rebalancing credit cards to a lower interest so if you have a large amount you can reduce your over head without paying them off, this helps your credit. if you follow the next steps and have a set rent/mortgage then you can get monthly costs to a few hundred above rent. With meal costs for around $1-$2 per person. Rent increases are the killer, rent a basement, rent a room in a home, but do it from a private home owner not someone like black rock because the small time home owners are afraid of losing you and are unlikely to increase rent unless there is a cost increase to them like property tax increase. Plus you are likely to get access to a yard and can have dogs. Plus plus if you can find the right place you might get a whole basement for $1200 or less. This is where it gets easier: Stop eating out, cook or have prepared meals for everything you eat - only buy sale food and buy as many as the sale allows - buy a large freezer and start freezing all of the excess food from the sales. Buy as little items as possible that aren't on sale. Anytime an item goes on sale that you like, or use a lot, buy as much as you can, most sale items are limited to 5, but when they aren't - buy 20. Cancel as many reoccurring services as possible- for instance I canceled all streaming services and setup a jellyfin server with my considerable DVD/bluray/4k uhd collection of shows and movies and now I hunt cheap movies in thrift stores instead of paying for streaming services and literally save over $100 from when I was working at my slave class job. Pay for car insurance for 6months at a time, they offer a decent discount for this. Stay ahead of maintenance on your car, if your car is expensive to maintain, and you are unable to do it yourself - sell it and get a reliable, boring 4 door Toyota, or Honda sedan that gets great mileage and will last until the doors rust off, and has very low insurance premiums, this is easier if your current car is worth more than you owe, sell your current car an invest in an old honda accord, or Toyota corolla, it does not have to be new, you only need a car less than 10yrs old if you are taking out a loan, If you can buy a 95 honda accord and pay it off, it's going to last you longer than that new Tesla, Ford, Chevy, or Volkswagen, and it's going to do it for a fraction of the cost of those vehicles most cost efficient platform, just learn about the repairs it might need, and stay ahead of them, you can do this easily by taking the car to a manufacturer dealership and asking for a checkup. With the entire funds from your retirement you can likely reduce your cost of living, improve your quality of life, and if you want, go back to college under education grants to get a new career where maybe they won't take you for granted like this one does. Or maybe you can finally make that invention you've dreamt about, or start fix and flipping houses, or start a doggie daycare, or whatever your hearts desire so long as it's a service people will pay for. Do the math. I did. With $35k I got from retirement I've survived comfortably for almost a year, and have 2 inventions I completed, that I'm working on patents for so I can sell them. They think it's impossible, but it's just impossible for the 1%.
Paid less, can't shop around for jobs as easily, they love immigrants when they take good paying jobs and turn them into poor paying jobs. Trump wants immigrants. He wants immigrants to take your good paying jobs. He wants you to do the crappy poor person jobs. This is not rocket surgery.

In the US, if you sit a voter down, either a republican or democrat, and talk to them like a person, find out their desires, passions, fears, anxieties, and hope for the future. MOST of them want the same damn thing, they are just listening to a different source of misinformation for how to fix it. Neither Republican nor Democrat parties actually have a long term fix for any of our issues. They have temporary Band-Aids that will wear off as soon as they leave office so it looks like the next guy did it. They both do this while slowly eroding away at the very basic rights we as citizens are guaranteed by the laws of the land.

If rent is 2k a month, that's 24k a yr, after taxes, making $25 an hour, you bring home around 35k, that leaves 11k for food, car payments (cuz you can't afford to live within walking distance of anything), gas, clothing, insurance, appliances, maintenance, and emergencies. The problem isn't "there's no engineers" the problem is greedy oligarchs that don't see a problem with you having 0 social mobility.

When I was 3yrs old, I was kidnapped, and taken out of state, tormented, isolated, and abused for decades. The feds knew, social services knew, the police knew, we never left the united states.
