  • Upon reflection, I agree it is probably just propaganda. Should I leave the post up though?

The top comment here is making valid points casting doubt on its veracity. Isn't that a good thing?

  • Nobody ever has AFAIK.

Was this "poorly redacted" thing just a hoax from the outset? Perhaps even started by MAGA HQ to get us too exhausted by false and innocuous findings so that when the real paydirt hits the screens the swinging voters will be too jaded to care?

  • In the 1960s and 70s it became the signature phrase of the Palestine Liberation Organization to indicate the replacement of the State of Israel with a State of Palestine extending “from the river to the sea,” including the expulsion of Jews.

Hamas have since called for the expulsion of all Jews.

Hamas proclaims it in its 1988 founding, charter document, The Hamas Covenant. The second paragraph declares to all the world that, “Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it.” The introduction section promises “[o]ur struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious” and will only end when “the enemy is vanquished and Allah’s victory is realized,”

  • Nobody is allowed to acknowledge that Israel used to be Palestine because that would upset the Israelis.

It never existed as a state. It was "The British Mandate of Palestine".

Am not saying it shouldn't exist as a state in future, just being pedantic with the history.

Jordan is effectively a Palestinian state.

  • That is a recognized hate slogan. Western activists claim it is ambiguous. Discuss.

  • From the Indian to the Pacific Australia will be Aboriginal specific.

  • I don't know how one would mask it Maybe the crowd is totally overdubbed. I cannot find phone recordings. Are all phone uploads of the event being rejected by YouTube?

  • Yes but if the presenters didn't mention it, I could not detect boos from the video alone.

I have noticed this often when someone gets booed. Pretty obvious when you are there but not on video. As an audio nerd it has me perplexed.

Doesn't say why a vacuum cannot conduct heat though, but it makes sense to me now anyhow. Heat is vibrating molecules so to mitigate the vibration you need adjacent molecules which aren't vibrating as much.

  • Fascinating. Will look more into it to understand.

  • Thanks

  • No cooling capacity? Isn't it the extreme opposite?

  • Not if you change this setting.

  • Invites by either QR or URL. You will be fine. Anyone who figures out how to join the Fediverse will figure out SimpleX too.

  • Last I checked (over a year ago) desktop was not great. IIRC there was no scroll bar.

Also getting noobs to join is tricky. You cannot use your native camera app to accept an invite (has to be via the SimpleX app) and it screws up invites via Facebook messenger (gets confused by the tracking suffix Facebook appends).
