Also has a special place as the start of both Richard Ayoade and Matt Berry's careers! Came out in January 2004 and they wouldn't be seen on the Mighty Boosh until later that same year in May.
A lot of people missed those back in the day and they missed them as the origin of the voice of our generation: Philomena Cunk. I really miss her compatriot Barry Shitpeas.
Also Charlie Brooker's police procedural sendup A Touch of Cloth starring John Hannah is similarly criminally underrated.
Just imho Brooker's comedy is way better than his dark scifi of Black Mirror.
Just a warning, the episodes you're really looking for will be episodes 5 and 6 and soon enough the focus on Bud's buds will make more sense in context to the larger story and the connections to existing Fallout lore. So you've got two more episodes that might be kind of a slog for you (based on what you're looking for) before it really picks up in terms of what you're seeking.
I don't really have an option. I have four monitors and four video outputs, and only one output is HDMI. In fact, three of the cables are DP to HDMI because I don't have any DP capable monitors. So yeah.
Some weird quirk of its protocol basically fubars it.
Seems like this would be something to be producing logs on for community developers in hopes of finding a solution though. Could you maybe point me to the info you found on this? I'd be interested to see if there's any timeline that anyone is working toward in fixing it.
Interesting, I find this season more intriguing as I think it overall has better character development, just not specifically as much for the main characters from season one. The strains between Barb Howard and Cooper Howard in their pre-nuclear war lives. This season spends much more time with Howard pre-war than post-war. More background on Hank MacLean and his philosophy and drives. While there is less focus on Lucy, she still is getting some growth as the wasteland begins to change her, from addiction to drugs to theft to murderous violence. I would say I am most disappointed with Maximus' storyline this season just because it seems like he has less time for growth as much as events keep happening outside of his control, but perhaps that's intentional, as he has a line that references that idea in a recent episode. Frankly, I also wish the seasons weren't so short because I think Norm's path is intriguing but hasn't been given enough screen time to really develop, and the things he learns are important to the future of his origin vault.
They broke out in laughter againHis lip beaded with sweat as they strapped him inAs he stood by and waited to be calledThe talk was of times that'd gone byAnd the quantity and quality of women they lieHis eyes welled with wet and his mouth had gone dry
As he stood by and waited to be calledHe stood by and waited to be calledHe stood by and waited like the others beforeFor his turn to go over the falls
That sounds less like misconfigured DHCP and more like the wonky setup is preventing DHCP handshakes happening consistently, but could be several different issues, really.
What bothers me more is that the laptop doesn’t receive an IP address from my DHCP server over WiFi, while my wife’s Windows PC and my phone do. But that’s more likely due to a misconfigured DHCP server than the OS.
Do you have static DHCP IPs being handed out or do you mean it's just not getting an IP from the DHCP pool? Because for static IPs with machines that sometimes connect via hardwire and sometimes connect via WiFi I always make sure to provision two separate IPs with the MAC addresses for ethernet and WiFi each assigned to the different IPs.
I have similar issues with even edited bluetooth config files occasionally being overwritten with a system update. Suddenly the way I had it set on purpose by editing the config file has been reverted back to the way I don't want it.
Fuck me, good pull. Extremely underrated!
