I can’t wait for the bubble to pop and VC Money to dry up because the only thing keeping OpenAI from drowning in their hundreds of millions of dollars in losses are investors giving them money.
I love my 14 year old vw with no smart system (what little smart infotainment system it has hasn’t worked since I bought it and I’m replacing it with a regular stereo eventually) that I bought with a little cash. It has no frills like blind spot detection, lane stuff, nor backup camera, and I love it. But it has the right frills like heated seats and a sunroof.
Honestly., I really think workers should be able to move through borders like water. All it should take is applying for a job, getting the job, and moving (and filling out so the proper tax documents, etc before you start working.)
I’ve been telling people that multiple police precincts across the country have been busted selling and distributing fentanyl the last few years and people think I’m a kook. One of them even reached National news.
The thing the left isn’t ready for apparently: you have to be an asshole to get things done and put your foot down. You can’t hold hands and sing to run a country. You don’t beat Nazis dancing in a frog costume. The guys who beat the Nazis last time were definitely assholes. They had to be. At some point you have to step up and get aggressive. The frog suit and no kings day is bs and useless. They’re not listening to you
I think people just want someone to blame. It’s as stupid as blaming a scummy car salesman because you bought a car you can’t afford. You let yourself be talked into it. You let somebody sell you something. They didn’t take the money from your pocket. Maybe I just don’t understand because I didn’t grow in the privilege to have money to waste on digital shit in digital crates. And if my parents did (they didn’t) they would’ve never ever given me access to their banking. Thats foolish.
It’s like people who expect things to be censored because they’re too lazy to monitor their children or learn router and dns level blocking. Or for gods sake, don’t give you child a smart phone.
After they start and get addicted. You’re not ill when you start . Unless you have something else going on not related. You have full power not to start. Just play the game, kill the other guy, have fun with your team. Thats all you need to do in any game. Thats all I’ve ever done in a game like CS. I don’t even notice all the other stuff. I play the game.
I don’t really care. Idiots are easily parted with their money. Thats their fault. I’ve played CS for decades and never paid for a chest or whatever. Never had an interest.
