  • At first I had thought this per your point, as well. I believe what is happening, though, is that voter suppression and other anti-voting tactics are the true obstruction and obstacles to clear in voting. They want to vote.

    Can they vote and what needs to be cleared to vote in reaching a ballot box is the headline.
