  • I use SimpleLogin emails but route them through DDG and works great

  • Friend moved and changed his cell number at same time... I didn't yet have his email so lost contact.

Found him years later at a random shop, got his new contact info and still besties today :)

  • Pumpkin - local creamery is divine

  • TextSpaced "a thrilling sci-fi MMORPG that you can play in your browser [which] has been designed to provide an enjoyable experience for people of all abilities, including those who are blind or partially sighted".

On tabletop me and teens have been enjoying the Nexalis TTRPG

  • Started playing BAR recently and am loving it. Prior to this I'd only played some SC2 and watched some videos about FAF.

I've been playing with my 8yr kiddo against bots as we both learn the mechanics. The amount you can customize a match has been great.

Also been watching the pro league tournaments on their YouTube channel which are great fun to watch.

  • Jellyfin +yt-dlp

Kids ask for a YouTube show, I get to evaluate and then they get safe watching

  • We have a big family and have named ours:

    • Beast = 2004 Ford Excursion
    • Burgundy = 2011 Honda Odyssey (dark red)
    • Bus = 2004 Ford Econoline E350

It never gets old yelling down the hall "to the beast!" :D

  • Tried these recently as well; found a plastic cup that cut the holes perfectly. Kiddos loved them.

  • Water fountain

She absolutely preferred it over a standard bowl

  • 95% is closer to what board game publishers take - best I've seen is 10% for the designer

Granted they have a lot more to lose

From that perspective seems Steam is perfectly fine

  • Most certainly

MyAnonamouse is the first place where I really saw attention drawn to encourage port forwarding and after seeing the difference will always have ports forwarded

  • Is that the Logitech MX Ergo? Love that mouse

  • Ditto though '84

  • +1 for Minetest

I run a server on our local network that kiddos love

It was fairly simple to setup including which game type and mods

  • I'm a certified forklift trainer and the training I needed for that was a single day that ended in a simple test...

  • Yep! I have a Cosori kettle that's been working great (and outlasted my first two pots lol)

  • Steel tea pot - I drink a pot every day but last couple pots were both glass and only last a couple months before breaking (both my fault) so upgraded to steel and so far my clumsiness hasn't yet managed to break it

  • I drink a pot of camomile every day. 1st cup is still hot while rest is more lukewarm.

  • The ones we tested were these: https://a.co/d/f4FADbm

Unfortunately the project they were originally for was cancelled fairly quickly so we didn't test any others
