  • Nobody was calling you a racist but if it's that upsetting that someone pointed out that your tactics are logic is similar that's on you.

Edit: tactics is unnecessarily accusatory and that wasn't my intent and I don't think it was the original commenters intent either. Changed "tactics" to "logic."

  • It's not that Tony Hawk is that much more popular it's that nobody gives a shit about the extreme sport fad anymore. That died in the 90s along with Gen X's political ambitions.

  • So all you have to do to murder someone is put yourself within striking distance of their moving vehicle while brandishing a weapon. Once they try to flee you can shoot them and claim self defense.

  • Graduating college is not embarrassing at any age. Working to better yourself never is.

  • I'l put this right up there with the proprietary GPU power connectors that force you to buy a card and motherboard from the same vendor. Hard pass.

AIOs are totally unnecessary these days air coolers are so effective. The only reason to get one is to make the inside of your computer look neat. What a waste.

  • It looks like it's the default dashboard setting. I think I tuned that off ages ago when it was first created.

I can see though, especially if you're newer to it and less comfortable with yaml due to all the UI improvements, that it's a bit of an imposition to figure out why it's happening and how to turn it off.

The fact that they keep adding stuff without making it easy to turn off is one of those little things that irk me about Home Assistant.

  • Are there any power connectors coming from the power supply that do not go to the motherboard?

Those would be your best bet to apply an adapter to as it would not be pulling additional current through the limited motherboard traces.

  • I don't know, I've been on Home Assistant for over a decade now. I couldn't tell you everything I've done over the years.

  • Thank you. My comment was from genuine concern. I thought we may be looking at a pinch a penny to spend thousands in healthcare situation. There's a lot of potential for that in resin printing.

  • This is so weird. I have no idea what you're talking about. I don't have a single auto-generated dashboard in my sidebar. Can anyone enlighten me?

Edit: I followed the link in the suggested fix and it appears they were already hidden. I see the extra ones you were talking about. Curious why they showed up automatically for you but were hidden for me.

  • People like that don't enjoy living at all.

  • I don't talk to people about my charity because I don't care what other people think of it. I imagine there are a lot more people out there like me than you realize.

  • Any human with knowledge of the company and a decent sense of right and wrong knows it should be dismantled.

  • You also have to be able to afford shoes worthy of the considerable repair expense.

  • That's a lot of complexity added for 80kb. Curious if there was much software that just wouldn't have fit on a single floppy otherwise.

  • Or win the lottery.

  • 60 fahrenheit is the bare minimum for resin printing. Ideally you would not print resin less than 70. The resin you're using is best above 75 and into th 80s.

You need to find a heating solution. The vat band is cheap and you can pre-warm resin by using a second on on the bottle to keep your speed up.

Resin printing is a very consumable heavy hobby, if you can't afford a couple heating bands I'm worried about your ventilation and PPE situation.

  • Paper trail and instead of going to the parents you can just go directly to the police. You're going to have to call them multiple times before shit gets done.

  • Perfect for making you work the remainder of your life. No more arthritis? Great, now work until death to pay for it.

  • The man was downright flabbergasted when his workers ended up joining the Chicago unions.
