You can use Jellyfin with wireguard and still have what Plex does. Unless you want to run an open streaming service (which would probably be illegal in most countries anyway).
90% of Plex users probably don't need what Plex does and would be happy with Jellyfin.
I've started using AI on my CTOs request. ChaptGPT business licence. My experience so far: it gives me working results really quick, but the devil lies in the details. It takes so much time fine tuning, debugging and refactoring, that I'm not really faster. The code works, but I would have never implemented it that way, if I had done it myself.

I once tried to walk to the Rome airport Ciampino. There was a metro station behind it, you could see the airfield but had to circle it to get to the entrance (1h walk). Walked south until I reached the highway. Had to turn back and walked north until another highway. Had to get the bus and nearly missed my flight. Will never go there again.
Vote with your wallet and don't buy this. Many years ago we've got dedicated servers and free map builders. Nowadays we get matchmaking and 3 maps and additional 3 for 20 bucks.
It is a relatively thin strip of land. I drove down the Carretera Austral a few years ago, you even have to drive through Argentina, because there are the sea and mountains and not enough space to "fit" a highway (alternatively you could take the ferry).
