  • There was a particular ending in Cyberpunk that I couldn’t stand to watch.

I struggled to get through the one where Judy is "very sad". The voice acting was phenomenal and heart wrenching.

  • It's weird, but why would it be illegal?

  • Moooorning's heeereee!

  • Did someone go overboard?

(That triangle move looks like the classic search pattern for someone in the water)

  • Stuttering, but mostly it's the FPS changing.

Lock the FPS to below the lowest point where it lags, and suddenly it wont feel as bad since it's consistent.

EDIT: I completley skipped over that you used Fallout 4 as an example. That engine tied game speed and physics to fps last time I played. So unless you mod the game, things will literally move "slower" as the fps drops.

  • I seriously applaud whoever managed to push that through.

I don't support anything they do, but that is top tier comedy.

  • And let's not get started on .338 lapua magnum.

A bastard child of both American and British measurements, ending up being made by a metric manufacturer.

  • I assume that's basically plain pasta? Or are we talking American portions?

Because in most of the world it's 70-90g. If you're going with heavy dishes it's sometimes down into 50-60g.

  • I just tried to imagine what it would be like to act as an arbiter with just the three of us in the room. And I almost got a migraine.

  • In general, no. Historically and in the vast majority of cases it is done as a show of respect, to honor someone or something. It's done for things like dignitaries visiting, big events, funerals, etc.. For example, Viggo Mortensen was very close with the stunt team on Lord of the Rings, and they performed one for him after he filmed his last scene.

The Ka Mate haka(which is the one the polticians did), was popularized by the New Zealand national rugby team. And, is from what I remember a retelling of a story. Honoring someone who won by outwitting his enemies. It's was never originally intended to be "intimidating" in terms of the vocalization and movement.

  • Based on some quick online reading, it seems like this is a common issue. Where people plant them in direct sunlight since the grown versions have no problem with that, but the saplings need at least some shade to survive.

  • We still miss weaponstraffic.com

Probably because anyone running that would be suicided by a three letter agency pretty quick.

  • That's how modern businesses people think though: As long as their department has green numbers, they literally don't care if their actions cause the company a a whole to collapse. And these guys are trying to run a country like a business.

  • Investor? He's one of the founders and the one who came up with the name(he's obsessed with Lord of the Rings, other companies of his include Lembas, Mithril, Rivendell, Arda, etc.)

  • Legal in most of of the US, you just need a tax stamp.

  • While some lie about it or try to deny or even suppress it, most people have at least a few scenes that make them cry.

Pretty sure I could make a few people tear up by just quoting a single line:

Here Lies Philip J. Fry, named for his uncle, to carry on his spirit.

  • Musk is just started calling for Trump to be impeached and saying he's in the Epstein files.

  • I'm actually surprised they haven't done the classic yet, of releasing a "redacted" document where you can just highlight parts to reveal the text.
