    So happy with this outcome, it could have been so much worse. Never been so lucky in my life.

You could say the same about learning a language, cleaning the house, calling a friend, practicing an instrument, reading a book, playing with your dog, etcetera etcetera. The argument "it's just 15 minutes" doesn't work because there are a great many things you could say this about
