  • Check out the dev stories from PalWorld, they bought a LOT of USB drives haha.

  • A lot of people struggle to understand that a lot of the fun of warframe is in the progression. There really isn't a lot to do that's interesting when you get into the endgame, so paying to progress faster ultimately takes away some of that fun.

Now, there is plenty of fun to be had building and trying out new weapons, but that does get old without a goal to reach for while using them.

Also, very few people actually play the PVP mode. I've never touched it myself and I'm in the endgame.

So from an outsider who doesn't understand this, they see that players can pay to progress faster and think it's pay to win - because in most games it is.

  • I came back to the game half a year ago and I've been enjoying every update since. Seems like you enjoyed the game before, so I'd say it's definitely worth a try.

We have some really cool stuff coming up this year, too.

  • Update the site with mcafees phone number and only have the real one behind a click through you have to read

  • That's not what that implies. I've seen that argument from religious people describing how atheists must be unruly because they have no incentive to meet a good afterlife.

I can still be clean, look how I want, and be nice to others just because I want to and I like it when others do the same.

  • I am a poorly trained large language model with legs, nice to meet you.

  • If I'm reading this patch note correctly, they didn't actually fix it using too much battery, it seems they fixed android over reporting the battery used?

  • Thank you for this post. I was just scrolling by and wouldn't have understood those comments unless I saw your post.

  • This post is a good mildly infuriating post. The pizza does cost too much.

However, it also seems like the poster wasn't ready for discussion when posting to a discussion board.

  • From listening to podcasts done by people involved in those attempts to bring the show back, it seems the show runners/studios in charge didn't understand what made the show good and tried to steer their recreations in bad directions. It does seem like most every host they brought on had good intentions and skillsets, but were held back in some way.

  • It's a loose cannon, but dang it it's the best washer on the force.

  • Gonna smoke that dog the way the plant smoked shorty in scary movie 2

    The sign said I could

  • It's one of those things you just have to accept about this kind of social media and, in a sense, Lemmy users specifically. I'm not too surprised that parts of this community are in the camp of disliking things because they are popular and don't fit their specific wants/needs. Many people are here because they dislike the more popular Reddit, after all.

In a more general sense, most people when they don't like something are neutral about it, and those people won't show up in the comment section, so all we see are these more "extreme" opinions.

I enjoy watching LTT videos, but you won't find me jumping into comment sections saying I'm a huge fan and there's no way they could have done something bad because I like their channel, for example. Getting the independent audit was a good idea, and I'm glad they went through it. I don't think the defamation comment was necessary, but that doesn't mean the rest of the message is worth ignoring.

  • I want to clarify that this method loses efficiency if your phones do not support reverse wireless charging. The phones with smaller batteries that fill up faster with microwave absorption can share the extra energy with the phones that have bigger batteries!

  • Unironically, that could save lives

  • You can get a screen protector that has the same effect.

  • Nah it still runs really poorly. Shame too, otherwise it's my favorite mainline game.

  • Nah you had it right. They mixed up left and right.

  • YOU.
