  • Wimmelndes Leben in unserem Kühlschrank

  • Ich habe vor zig Jahren angefangen in unregelmäßigen Abständen einzelne Glasböden und Plastikeinsätze raus zunehmen und in der Spülmaschine mitfahren zu lassen. Der Entsprechende Bereich wird während dessen einmal feucht ausgewischt. Ich bin damit sehr zufrieden.

  • In irgendeinem Video (glaube es war Simplicisimus) hab ich vor Jahren aufgeschnappt, dass es in der DDR eine Firma gab, die bruchsichere (quasi unzerstörbare) Gläser hergestellt hat. Das hat im Kapitalismus natürlich nicht funktioniert, deshalb sind sie pleite. Die Gläser tauchen aber wohl immer mal wieder bei Hausauflösungen oder so auf.

  • Die Sorge ist vermutlich nicht unbegründet. Die Firma Bosch ist seit Jahren nach einem ähnlichen Prinzip aufgestellt (mit einer Stiftungskonstruktion) und kommt natürlich der Unternehmerfamilie sehr zu gute.

    Das es schon heute mit komplexen Firmenkonstrukten funktioniert entkräftet allerdings gleichzeitig auch die Sorge. Die GmgV würde das Prinzip der „Zweckgebundenheit“ viel mehr auch für kleine Gründer*innen öffnen.

    Ich bin da aber auch sehr hin und hergerissen. Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Wirtschaft viel mehr auf Gemeinwohlorientierung ausgerichtet sein, dafür reicht es aber nicht eine neue Gesellschaftsform anzubieten. Mit gGmbH, Genossenschaft etc. gibt es ja schon eine Auswahl. Grundsätzlich müssten diese Formen aber attraktiver und weniger bürokratisch ausgestaltet werden.

  • Ja, es ist tatsächlich schon heute möglich. Unternehmen wie Ecosia, Bosch und Zeiss funktionieren nach einem ähnlichen Prinzip. Allerdings ist heute noch eine extra Stiftung nötig, um es wirklich fest einzubauen.

    Die Satzung von einer GmbH kann mit einer Gesellschafter*innen-Mehrheit jederzeit geändert werden. Eine Stiftung hat einen festgeschriebenen Zweck, der unabänderlich ist. Nun wird die Stiftung Teilhaber an der GmbH und die Satzung der Einstimmigkeit unterstellt.

    Das wäre mit der GmbV deutlich weniger aufwendig.

  • For me Solarpunk is just another concept in a tool box of change. You have Permaculture, Half-earth/Eco Socialism, Degrowth, Circular/Library/Gift/Solidarity Economy etc. — all of them have different aspects of a social, just and ecologically oriented society in mind, they all play nicely together and it’s like choosing a flavour or stacking building blocks. Imho Solarpunk could be a sub category of Degrowth and Degrowth could be a sub category of Solarpunk — both are possible, it just depends on the way you look at them.
