  • Hmm, I dunno about that. I know that the US likes to downplay the effectiveness of drones, but they also aren’t the ones in a real war. I’m just very skeptical about people pitting their warfare theory against actual combat results.

  • So… it serves her personally by not going down with the ship? I fail to see how this is different than what I said.

  • She’s only telling the truth because it serves her personally.

  • This is the best answer, unless you actually want to get hired of course.

  • Those notoriously liberal ICE agents are cancelling Christianity! /s

  • I mean, drones seem far easier to overwhelm enemy defenses with, and aren’t constrained by having a squishy meatbag to protect inside.

  • Jersey Mike’s seems to be the pinnacle of sandwichsmithing these days.

  • Going without food isn’t irreparable harm? What a fucking joke.

  • The legislation does “not take into account that space operations are still relatively new and novel, and as such, are not yet ripe for strict regulation,”

What the actual fuck. I could develop a new bioweapon and claim the same thing. “My bioweapon is still relatively new and novel, and as such, is not yet ripe for strict regulation.”

Regulation should be proportional to the harm it causes people, and space operations have immense capability for harm.

  • I wouldn’t exactly call this a PR piece:

But the New York Times reported that the foundation fell short of the amount it was required to give away for three years in a row. The paper, which saw the foundation's tax filings, also found that many of its donations went to organisations with links to Musk.

Maybe they could hit harder but this article makes him look like a stereotypical selfish rich man.

  • Looks like a good place to install a battery back up

  • It’s intolerable even WITH an ad blocker. There are so many dark patterns these days.

  • Wishlisted your horror collection! I like your art style.

  • 25,000 in a MONTH? Holy shit Russia, just give up already.

  • Yeah but it’ll be in dev for another year at least. It’s just a little push-your-luck dice-based roguelite dungeon crawler.

  • I’m making a little indie game and I’m definitely putting in a cheats console, just for the nostalgia
