lol, they credit the photographer because they usually credit wildlife photographers. So it’s intended to be consistent. But then they don’t cite the author of the painting.
It’s so stupid. People like JD Vance are so stupid. They don’t even consider that they could spin this as a bad event, and the shithead should be prosecuted and that their ICE actions are valid. I don’t agree with ICE and I’m not defending them. But if ICE is valid, then it’s valid that they could fuck up too. It would help their cause to run things in a less toxic way.
But this is asking for nuance from this administration. They're a bunch of maladjusted sociopaths. And to reiterate: I’m not defending ICE.
Right. We are just better able to see how shitty people are. Thanks to the internet connecting us. And now thanks to tools allowing morons to easily make heinous imagery.
And sadly it makes it so shitty people can see each other, and embrace each other. It’s the downside of the “connecting the world” that Mark Zuckerberg goes on about.
But I also think this is why there is also truth to what the op said about people getting shittier. They fall down dark rabbit holes much easier now. They have bad ideas validated. They fail to find healthier relationships with others in the world. They isolate from local community and spend time immersed in negative cultures online.
As the cycle continues, expectations grow. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says Apple engineers are combing through iOS 26 to remove bloat and fix long-standing problems. His reporting frames iOS 27 as a “Snow Leopard-style” update that focuses on performance. That sets the tone for what Apple wants this release to achieve.
Awesome. That means it shouldn’t drop a single device that iOS 26 supports.
