  • if you use an AI-generated header for your article, then I'm going assume the text has been AI-generated, too. and I'm not going to bother reading something that no one could be bothered to write.

  • yes and yes. you don't the VPN app to use their DNS servers.

  • there's CalyxOS and /e/ available on Fairphones, so at least there's that

  • I've had that happen with Credit Agricole's app in the past. it would close immediately and load a website that suggested using Google's Gboard or Microsoft's Swiftkey :|

  • so "no AI-generated content", but with more words

  • because LLMs can't differentiate what's facts and what's fiction, which is quite important when trying to determine the origin of a product? and because AI generated content is, most of the time, low effort garbage?

  • OP is only linking to articles from that website, so they're probably trying to promote their AI slop in order to get more ad revenue

  • yes, supplying a country actively invading one is exactly the same as supplying a country defending itself from the invasion. those are identical and must be whatabouted.

  • There should be increasing fines for each time this thing is brought and rejected.

well, so far it hasn't been officially rejected, as there wasn't a formal vote. it kept being postponed because the parties introducing it weren't sure about getting a majority approval.

  • Metro is a discontinued fork of Retro Music Player, which was updated only a few months ago.

  • nope.

  • the next Bandcamp Friday is on May 2nd, all the money from purchases go to the artists that day, without Bandcamp taking the cut

  • oh no
