If you're snooping here, you gotta calm yourself down.

  • most or a great majority of people in the US have it "good enough" to not "risk it all".

Most of the people I know are barely hanging on and desperate to keep the little they have. When you're barely getting by, like 60% of Americans currently living paycheck to paycheck, you can't afford to risk anything.

They're too busy making sure their kids don't starve, or making sure they can stretch the last bit of money until the next check. Doesn't help that all we do is exploit these people any chance we can.

And I'd bet a lot of people in that situation don't really care to help repair a system that never really worked for them in the first place.

It's not the right approach, you and I know that. But desperate people don't act rationally. They act emotionally. And our society has gotten really good at manipulating peoples emotions.

  • I never used the PlayStation app, but the app 'Chiaki' worked well enough for me with my ps4 and 5.

  • Oh thank you for doing what you're supposed to do.

  • It's not religion that makes people stupid. Plenty of religious people aren't anti-vax.

Plenty of atheists are also stupid. Stupid people are everywhere, don't limit them to one group.

  • It absolutely is just the tip.

Think about all the products out there that decided to save money by using a tiny SoC with a small amount of RAM. All that stuff is about to become too expensive to bother with anymore. Maybe we'll go back to designing things without jamming computer components into every aspect.

  • The Tech Bros bend the knee. They don't care about connecting people, or making information accessible. They only care about exploiting you and selling you. So of course there'd be no fight when the government asks for dissenters.

I hope people start firebombing data centers.

  • Consider it a badge of honor to be against this government.

There's nothing more American than telling a government to go fuck itself.

  • Honestly I'm glad I decided to pick this up despite my complete rejection of epic games store.

It has personally been one of the greatest games I've ever played, and I don't say that lightly. I have been kicking myself for waiting so long to get into the alan wake series.

  • My friend got shot in the inner upper thigh with a rubber bullet by ICE in Minneapolis. I have no doubt they were intentionally aiming for his genitals. Left a gnarly bruise that encompassed his whole inner leg down to right above his knee.

  • He's billions richer. But he's also caused what feels to me like the fastest devaluation of the dollar and rapid loss of purchasing power for Americans.

So we all lose and he makes a small fortune.

It's only been 1 year too.

  • Hey this looks like every outdoor seating place at every bar in my town!

But you get a lovely view of the dumpster.

  • Why would he fire himself?

  • I would love to live without a car. But my town seems hell bent on making nothing walkable.

  • This is a weird generation of consoles. If you're an early adopter, you probably saved money. That sorta thing never happens.

  • When the label fits...

  • Don't fall for the headline bait. It was a 3 vote margin. Republicans are almost all willing to give up their power to Trump.

  • We might have had to suffer it either way.

Kamala reportedly refused, so good for her. Trump obviously didn't.

So it sounds like we most definitely wouldn't have had to suffer it either way. Only one politician was shameless enough to take any endorsement he could get.

  • Journey before destination.
