Mostly no, especially in big cities, because I would be broke in 30 minutes. If someone tells me they need it for something reasonable and specific and I believe them, maybe, honestly it depends on my mood as well as I am obviously flawed, just like everyone. Also I live paycheck to paycheck myself.
I once saw a guy searching through the trash for "Pfand" Bottles (German recycling system) that are worth 25 cents. He didn't ask me for anything, so I gave him 5€.

Honestly AFAIK PilotRedSun pioneered this style and as such it is associated with him. So the only name I'd give this is pilotredsun-like or - core. Xploshi is kinda similar, with a horror edge and their own style. Surrealism mixed with Abstract nostalgia, maybe.
Edit: I haven't seen the weirdly comfy feeling of PRS recreated ever, though. Mostly because of his original music I think.
If I remember correctly that is exactly why I ditched it. I was really disappointed because I bought a new smartphone specifically for it. Thankfully that phone also supported LineageOS.
