  • There is a PhD in here somewhere about how deeply rooted patriarchal influences are even within the queer community.

Trans men aren’t taken seriously because they were AFAB.

Trans women control trans spaces because they were AMAB.

  • No it wouldn’t but do you know the biggest contributor to CO2 emissions isn’t agriculture it’s just plain old energy usage.

Communism can most definitely help in curbing the use and extraction of fossil fuels while coordinating their replacement with renewables on a time scale that won’t doom humanity.

  • ✨Creative genius✨

  • It is so obvious it is this it hurts.

  • Where’s the gabbagool?!

  • Great news. Now to hit 2 million.

  • That’s a nice sentiment but the fact most Americans are apathetic about trump shows they won’t lift a finger to avenge the murder of a politician.

  • I’m too dumb to understand this or it’s more esoteric than I’m thinking.

Can someone help me get the jokes please?

    • St Bernard = alcohol because cold ✅
    • Dolphin = missing swimmers because they washed off ✅
    • Rhino = pizza because you’re so hungry you eat a rhino ✅
    • Beetle = pencil because??
    • Chicken = floss because it gets stuck in your teeth ✅
    • Snake = keys because??
    • Cow = cereal because they give milk ✅
  • Ok boomer.

  • Agnostic atheist.

  • I think the number is a lot higher and the barrier of trust a lot lower than people think.

If you come across a vehicle accident and you are able to help someone generally people don’t even think and just take action to save another persons life.

In reactionary scenarios where direct intervention saves someone’s life, people help a lot more than you’d think.

As a species we generally have a bypass in our brains that makes us want to help others in desperate need.

  • A dot point list would have made this more readable. Just saying.

  • How people can walk out of a university with degrees and not understand how all areas of knowledge contribute towards each other and link together in ways that are not immediately obvious astounds me.

  • I think many people underestimate the level of impulsivity associated with crime.

The average criminal who breaks and enters is not doing research based off your bumper stickers to determine your weekend routine so the house is empty.

They usually are just walking down the neighbourhood and spot an open door, run in and grab valuables then leave.

  • A couple of notes:

    • AirTags would be a terrible method of tracking a vehicle given that they warn any phone in the vicinity they are nearby when it looks like they are tracking.
    • There are products specifically designed for vehicle tracking however and that would be far more fit for purpose
    • Any security worth their salt would be conducting regular bug sweeps of vehicles and modifying regular routes to avoid routines where possible even if you got close enough to the vehicle to install the tracker the likely hood it would be in situ long enough to understand a regular routine is minimal. Then you’ve tipped off security that someone is tracking him so now they are on high alert.
    • Elon is likely travelling in an explosive resistant vehicle. Protection against under vehicle explosives is relatively common.
    • How would you detonate an explosive? Depending on the threat model the vehicle/nearby vehicles can be equipped with signal jammers meaning you need a hard wired detonator.
    • Shooting a plane out of the sky? No thanks. The Russians just gave you a very real and practical alternative recently. Just install a small explosive on the plane.
  • Or you know, we could plant trees…the original carbon capture device.

  • Well done to you for recognising you need to hand it over before death gripping the communities into obscurity.

  • Nothing backs US currency?

I’d argue the US military backs the US dollar.
