It was declared an accident. I still haven't heard a cause of said accident. But that's a helluva blaze to be accidental considering two people were home at the time.

Very plausible. Many unfortunate souls find themselves in inescapable situations like that. If the option is Alligator Auschwitz or don a swastika and neck gaiter, most will choose the latter.
I'm streaming, but not paying monthly for it. Look into self hosting. Jellyfin, Navidrome or Plex. The first two are free and open source, but don't have remote access built in.
