  • At this point if you treat anything they say seriously it speaks volumes about you.

  • Bark bark bark

  • People in the comments attacking AfD voters as racists and rightly. However, no one wakes up one day and decide to be a racist from now on. There are reasons why these extremists gain political support and they draw it from a pool of people of which some wouldn't even consider voting for them a few years ago. This shift reflects a social sentiment that everyone seems to be ignoring.

  • I am absolutely positive reddit will spin this as white cis male's fault.

  • I'm disappointed so many people give credence to the Guardian. They have abysmal track record in reporting on topics they don't have expertise in or subjects they ideologically disagree with.

  • On a side note, OPEN AI is such an ironic name

  • To me adding Zealandia as a separate continent would just add to confusion. Especially that the community is still divided on classifying it as a continent or not.

  • I mean LLMs can and will produce completely nonsensical outputs. It's less of AI and more like a bad text prediction

  • Yeah, I think Katy is a bit confused about what she actually wanted to say :D

  • You missed it by a mile

  • I know that in the past Israel was the main provider for these exploits and spyware. Is it still the case?

  • What does one have to do with the other?

  • You are

  • Well, knowing what gemini is about I fully expect the assistant to enforce using custom pronouns and "inclusive" language or else you will be cut off the service.

  • Given how Ursula and others unconditionally bend over for them I think that's not going to happen.

  • I'm getting down-voted for suggesting border protection is a nuanced issue. What a reddit moment.

  • I still think there are scenarios where brutal is the right way. For Poland, Russia is an existential threat. What they've been doing for a while is piggybacking on the increased immigrant traffic between Belarus and Poland and inject their people to stir shit and makes things worse. If Poland indiscriminately let every undocumented immigrant in we'd be at risk of serious internal issues, sabotages, espionage etc. I will probably get down-voted into oblivion for this opinion but it's 2024 so maybe I'm stuck in the 80s mentally.

There was a large group of Chechen men who didn't really look like they were fleeing from anything. All big dudes with evident military backgrounds. It's just scary when you have a neighbour like this.
