i can't think of a better highlight of DNC uselessness that their July legislation to "combat" ICE only went so far as to make them identify themselves... and even carved out exceptions!! i hate them so much it literally hurts
i know I'm not exactly spittin deep theory but i think statements like this are interesting because rather than being ridiculous and out of touch, it's actually factual, in the sense its a tacit admission that our politicians in the us are so deep in the pockets of the rich that the rest of us don't even enter their calculus; their definitions for "inflation" and "the economy" count the proletariat as resources to be extracted rather than beneficiaries of any economic outcome
The real danger would be John getting a firm bonk on the head, which could transform him back to his King Tutankhamen persona, in which he becomes a highly stylized museum jewel thief
