    I really don't understand the animosity against tools that help improve the enjoyment for all players involved.

    Fun fact, the Dutch voices for the original cartoon series for Huey, Louie and Dewy (Kwik, Kwek en Kwak) was done by one guy (Bob van der Houwen). The American producers didn't believe that, so they flew over to sit next to him when he recorded his lines to make sure it wasn't pitched up.
