  • The one compromise I'd like to see is for sites to have to provide keywords like in the robot.txt file that says what they serve. So let's say a site provides porn or gore and a parent wants to block access to it, it should be a simple toggle on the router or browser or both.

    I will make healthcare free for everyone! We're going to have the best healthcare in the world and billionaires are going to pay for it!

    I'm going to start a federal drug program! We're going to have the cheapest drugs in the world and no-one will have to decide between rent and their medication!

    I'm going to start a national Give Parents Freedom Act, where we will provide free daycare for any parent making under 100k/year! We will pay for it by cutting the military budget by 1%!

    In my first 100 days I'm going to sign the mothers are awsome executive order mandating 1 year of maternity leave for mothers and 3 months for fathers. Employers will not be allowed to fire any new parent.

    I'm also going to divert ICE money into a new consumer agency called "IYCIWFYU" (If you collude I will fuck you up) their entire mission will be to investigate corporations that are price fixing and stealing money from the people.

    I'm going to make digital Tax filing FREE for everyone and divert all IRS investigations into people making over 5 million per year!

  • Dude, I've been fighting this fight for over 10 years starting on reddit.

    The amount of people, even supposedly?!? tech savy people that bootlick and excuse corporate behaviour is maddening. To the point makes you want to be conspiratorial and think they are saboteurs.

    What I will never EVER understand is being loyal and "loving" a company. No matter if it's Apple, Samsung, Google they ARE NOT your friends. In fact they are the exact opposite and will make your life worse if it means they can squeeze an extra cent out of you.
